On Site Time: Retreat Registration Fri, April 9, 2:00pm – 5:00pm followed by dinner @ 6:00pm
Saturday Round-up Registration – Sat, April 10, 9:00am

Cost: Retreat: Includes meals & lodging – (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch) – $225.00
Saturday “Day Only” Round-Up: Includes lunch – $50.00
Saturday “Day & Evening”: Includes lunch and dinner – $60.00

Time: Registration from 9.30am, event starts at 10am, close 5pm.

The venue is based in the city centre, within close proximity to the train/bus station. (Nottingham is also home to East Midlands Airport if you are considering coming from overseas) If you are travelling from London by train two single tickets on East Midlands Trains can often work out cheaper than a return ticket. (please see flyer on greysheet website for links and directions) 

Suggested donation of £5.00 to cover expenses for the day, tea and coffee will be provided, please bring your own lunch. The venue has abstinent friendly facilities such as fridge and microwave.

We look forward to sharing a day of abstinence and recovery with you.

WHEN: Friday June 4 to Sunday June 6 2010 after lunch

WHERE: Buffalo Mountain Camp, Jonesborough, TN – Driving distance of approximately 5-6 hours from Atlanta, S. Carolina & Cincinnati. Closest airport is Tri-Cities (TRI)

MEALS: 6 GreySheet abstinent meals (Friday supper thru Sunday lunch) (No cooking or refrigeration facilities; no stores nearby); the menu and directions will be mailed to the registrants 4 weeks in advance.
