- Cannot represent more than one group as GSR

GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Chairperson | Three Years | Two Years | - The Chairperson is usually an elected GSR for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Abides by the specific guidelines for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Chairperson approved by the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Serves as one of several co-signers on the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup account
- Presides over monthly open GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Meeting using the adapted Roberts’ Rules of Order adopted by the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Convenes and presides over the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Steering Committee Meeting, in preparation for each open GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup meeting
- Serves as one of the liaisons between the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup and the GSA World Service Board
- Serves as the Area Delegate for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup for the GSA World Service Conference

GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Secretary | Two Years | Two Years | - The Secretary is usually an elected GSR for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Abides by the specific guidelines for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Secretary approved by the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Serves as one of several co-signers on the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup account
- Maintains minutes for the open GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup meetings
- Maintains minutes for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Steering Committee meetings
- Maintains the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Yahoo group
- Maintains archives of all minutes on the Yahoo group website
- Serves as one of the liaisons between the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup and the GSA World Service Board

GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Treasurer | Two Years (Financially Solvent) | Two Years | - The Treasurer is usually an elected GSR for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Abides by the specific guidelines for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Treasurer approved by the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Establishes and maintains a non-profit Tax ID number and necessary tax-related documents
- Establishes and maintains a bank account for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Serves as one of several co-signers on the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup account
- Collects and maintains 7th Tradition donations made to the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Provides a monthly Treasurer's Report available at each GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup meeting, listing donations and expenses incurred
- Ensures that the group remains fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions

GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Moderator Liaison | Two Years | One Year | - Bring information from the Intergroup to the moderators
- Take issues to the Intergroup brought by the GSA Phone Bridge Moderatos’ Group
- Contact person from the Intergroup for the moderators and from the GSA Phone Bridge Moderators’ Group to the Intergroup

GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Meeting Coordinator | One Year | Two Years | - The Group Coordinator is usually an elected GSR for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Abides by the specific guidelines for the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup Coordinator approved by the GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup
- Serves as a resources to aid any GSA Phone Bridge Meeting in getting registered with GSA World Service
- Serves as a liaison with the www.greysheet.org Webservant to ensure all GSA Phone Bridge meeting information remains as current as possible
- Coordinates the GSA Phone Bridge meeting schedule, and confirms availability to extend meetings or add meetings with existing groups, GSA Phone Bridge Intergroup, and GSA Phone Bridge moderators

GSA Phone Bridge Area Delegates (AD) | Three Years | Two Years | - Represents the Group at a higher level of the service structure. An AD represents only one Intergroup of GSA (5-20 meetings)
- Is usually a GSR but this is not a requirement
- Attends Area Intergroup meetings to learn more about issues concerning their Area so they may represent their Area at the World Service Conference
- Receives information from the Board of Trustees of GSA World Service and shares that information with their Intergroup
