Suspend Delivery
- If you want to temporarily suspend delivery of messages, you don't have to unsubscribe.
- Change delivery options to No Email while you are away from your computer to temporarily stop delivery.
- When you return, you can resume delivery by changing delivery options to Individual Emails or Daily Digest without having to re-subscribe.
Leave the Group
- Send an email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
- Go to the GreyNet Yahoo! Group page: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/greynet/
- If you see a button to Join This Group!, then you are not signed in. You need to sign in to Yahoo! just long enough to unsubscribe.
- Select Edit Membership.
- Scroll down and click the Leave Group button.
