Letter from your Board of Trustees - What Can You Do?

E-mail Print PDF
Dear Greysheeters,

Thank you for your attention and your responses to our previous letter presenting the proposed new GreySheeters Anonymous (GSA) world service structure. (That letter and the service structure are available on the GSA website at http://www.greysheet.org/cms/proposed-structure.html.) In order to help build this Service Structure, you can:
  1. Elect a General Service Representative (GSR) for your local meeting at your next business meeting.
  2. As a GSR, register yourself and your local meeting as a GSA group on the GSA website so you can receive information from the Board of Trustees.
  3. As a GSR, contact other GSA groups in your Intergroup Area and form an Intergroup.
  4. As a GSR, elect an Area Delegate at your first Area Intergroup meeting to attend the first World Service Conference.
  5. As an Area Delegate, register your Area Intergroup on the GSA website so you can receive information from the Board of Trustees.
  6. As an Area Delegate, prepare to attend the first World Service Conference to be held in 2010 in Chicago, IL the Friday before the annual Chicago GreySheet Retreat.
Watch for future updates from the Board about the developing World Service structure.
