What is the GreyNet?
GreyNet is an online group designed to provide a forum for discussing the basics of attaining and maintaining GreySheet abstinence from compulsive eating. It is our meeting in print.
AWOL is a closed step-study meeting, convened over a period of time, typically for 9 - 12 months, to work through all Twelve Steps, using a specific format.
AWOL step-studies are led by members who have completed a previous AWOL.
The AWOL is NOT a GreySheet meeting: You must have at least 90 days of back-to-back GreySheet abstinence to attend, and attendance is required.
AWOL groups that are about to begin are announced at live meetings and phone meetings for initial registration.
